Kids Summer Adventure

The Kid’s summer reading adventure is coming to the Library! You should stop by and…check it out!

Starting June 1, track your reading (or being read to). Come by the kid’s desk to scoop up a reading log. For every day you read, you get a chance to win one of the fantastic prize baskets. The more you read-either by yourself or are read to-the more chances you have to win. Return to the kid’s desk to get your tickets for days read. The last day to turn in a reading tracker is July 25.

All together now! Join us for programs scattered across different days and times. Tickets are required and will be available at the Kids Desk one (1) hour before the event starts. First come, first served. Program line up starts ten minutes before the program.

Every program is super packed, so we cannot accommodate groups such as churches,  camps, or day cares.

We have two community goals this year! If the pom pom bowl is filled halfway by the end of June we will purchase a new giant stuffed animal friend for the kids room. If the pom pom bowl is entirely filled by July 25 kids get to choose the Children’s Room decorations for September. Voting will take place during the month of August. Vote for Legos, Star Wars, or Pokemon.
