Shari Anderson: Seasons Come and Seasons Go

Exhibit March 5-30, 2018

Reception Sunday, March 25, 1-3 pm

The library presents a solo exhibit by Georgetown photographer Shari Anderson March 5-30 in the library’s upstairs exhibit space. The exhibit, “Seasons Come and Seasons Go,” will include the photograph shown here, titled “Palo.”

The public is invited to an artist reception on Sunday, March 25, from 1-3 pm. This is a chance to meet the artist, see the exhibit, and enjoy refreshments.

Ms. Anderson is an award-winning artist who has practiced restorative and artistic photography since 1995 under her business name, Capture the Moment Photography.

Ms. Anderson’s work has been published in numerous photography annuals. She received the Honor of Exhibition award from the Texas Professional Photographers Association, and was awarded the Saatchi Gallery’s Art Prize. Her work has been displayed at the Lakeway City Hall, in the People’s Gallery at Austin City Hall, and at the City of Austin Mexican American Cultural Center, in a National Arts Program exhibit.
