Reduce Stress with Mindfulness

A six part series that serves as an introduction to mindfulness. Learn to promote your own wellness while cultivating a practice that includes skills that you can use anytime, anywhere. This series is best taken in order, but is not required. 

These sessions run on Tuesdays starting January 30 through March 5, from 10-11 a.m. at the Library. This series is for adults ages 18+. Registration is required. Supplies are limited.

Jan. 30: Introduction to Mindfulness
Feb. 6: STOP Practice
Feb. 13: Seated Meditation
Feb. 20: Walking Meditation
Feb. 27: Turning Toward Practice
March 5: Course Review & Building a Home Practice
