This December, we’re bringing you take and make kits to celebrate the last month of the year!
Children under the age of five can get a snowman kit that uses large pincers and cotton balls to develop fine motor skills. School age kiddos from 5-12 years of age can pick up a insta-snow kit to do STEM experiments with. Teens and Adults…we have the self care kit of your dreams: lavender bath salt DIY, coloring sheets, poppable bubble wrap, dark chocolate, stress ball, and coloring sheets.
The Library is also hosting a virtual Winter Dance Party on Dec. 18 at 3 p.m. featuring Staci Gray! Register for a kit to make items you’ll need to jam out: a snowflake wand, a kazoo, and bubbles! Get your kit, make your stuff, and dance with us. You DO NOT have to register for a kit to attend our dance party.
Kit registration runs through Monday, 12/7 (or until we run out!). Kits can be picked up via curbside starting Tuesday, 12/8. Kits will be held for registered users for a week through Monday, 12/14. After that, kits will be released to the general public.
