Open Call for 2024 Library Art Proposals

The library highly values artists and their work, and we host more than 20 art exhibits every year. During each year’s open call, artists and organizations are invited and encouraged to submit proposals for the next year’s exhibits.

Proposals for exhibits in 2024 will be accepted only from March 1-May 15, 2023, and applicants will be notified by June 1, 2023.

If you would like to submit a proposal for an exhibit in 2024, please visit library.georgetown.org/art and scroll to the bottom of the page to find all the information you need. If you have questions, contact Ann Evans, Adult Services Librarian, at 512-930-6614.

The Williamson County Art Guild Facebook page is an active group with members working in many mediums. The group works to stimulate interest in art in Williamson County through art exhibits, artists programs, and sponsorship of scholarships and workshops.

This exhibit represents the diversity of media and talent among the members of the art guild, which has promoted the arts throughout the area for more than two decades. The guild has monthly meetings featuring art-related tutorials and presentations by some the most accomplished artists in Texas and beyond. Members have opportunities to exhibit and sell their work in a variety of shows and events throughout the year. Learn more about the art guild at Williamson County Art Guild Facebook page.
