Austin Flute Project pushing the boundaries of chamber music: March 18

The Austin Flute Project will perform a free concert that will be open to the public at the Georgetown Public Library on Sunday, Mar. 18, at 2 pm. Free and open to the public, this performance is a gift of the Friends of the Georgetown Public Library.

The Austin Flute Project is a flexible ensemble that seeks to push the boundaries of flute chamber music. Members are Marcela DeFaria Casaubon, Bryan Kennard, Kristine Reaume, and Rachel Kaplan. AFP’s mission is to advance flute music through creative collaborations, modern performances, community engagement, and commissioning of new works.
