Book Club in a Bag

 

Book Club in a Bag is a program that allows a book club to check out a bag of books for the entire club. Each bag contains 10 paperback copies of the book, author biography, book reviews, and discussion questions. A bag can be checked out for two months up to one year in advance. Reservations and checkout must be done through either Richard Groves or Bethni King via email or phone.

Books for Texans

Feeling inquisitive? Looking for good conversation? Love a great book? Then Books for Texans is just the thing for you. Join fellow book lovers every other month to discuss exciting books about Texas,yesterday and today.

The library has partnered with the Williamson Museum to host a book club for those who would like to read about Texas and Texas history. The book club is free and open to the public. You do not need to be a member of the Museum or library to participate.

 

Meetings Are Held on the Third Tuesday each month in the Library's Hewlett Room on the Second Floor. For current selections visit the Books For Texans Homepage.
