Georgetown Library Writer's College

You will expand your powers of observation, imagination, and language. You will collect numerous tips on craft and practices. Weekly assignments, group interaction, and instructor feedback help you explore various methods of writing while learning the key craft points of plot, structure, point-of-view, sense of place, and voice. Ideas will be sparked, confidence acquired, and you'll gain a sense of there to move with your writing. Creative writing is one of the most stimulating and fulfilling ways to express yourself, and you're never too young or too old to explore its wonders. So come on in. The water's fine.
